Bearing in mind that crimes are rampant as reported in the
media, I am very concerned about the fate of pensioners.
Everybody knows pensioners collect their salaries at a certain
place every month. They often have to line up and take their pay
home at their own risk.

Therefore, for the sake of security and convenience, it would
be wise for the government to transfer their salaries to their
respective bank accounts. Those who do not have bank accounts
should open a new account at a bank near their homes.
