Acts of intimidation and threats made against others' lives are classified as criminal acts under the following articles of the Indonesian Criminal Code:

1. Article 335 on acts of coercion.

The maximum penalty is one-year imprisonment or a fine of Rp

4,500. 2. Article 170 on mass violence. The maximum penalty is five-

and-a-half years imprisonment.
