Penajam Makmur Jaya Invests in BIKE Shares - BCA Sekuritas

PT Penajam Makmur Jaya has invested in the shares of PT Sepeda Bersama Indonesia Tbk. (BIKE) as of 15 April 2026. BIKE’s management stated in a written disclosure on Wednesday (13/5) that Penajam Makmur Jaya purchased 969,174,700 BIKE shares at a price of Rp47 per share. “The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,” it said. Following the transaction, PT Penajam Makmur Jaya’s ownership in BIKE amounts to 969.1 million shares, equivalent to 74.90%, compared to zero shares previously.
