PELNI GMS Appoints Budi Setyawan Wijaya as President Director
PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia, or PT PELNI (Persero), held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the approval and ratification of the 2025 Annual Report at the BP BUMN Building in Jakarta on Thursday, 18 June 2026. During the meeting, the composition of PELNI’s board of directors was altered based on a copy of the Head of BP Decree Number SR-322/BP/06/2026 dated 18 June 2026.
Under the decree, Tri Andayani and Anik Hidayati were replaced by Budi Setyawan Wijaya as President Director and Triswahyu Herlina as Director of Finance and Risk Management, respectively. Additionally, Kokok Susanto, who previously served as Director of Freight and Sea Toll Business, shifted to become Director of Fleet and Engineering, while the position of Director of Freight and Sea Toll Business is now held by Hana Suhardi.
Beyond overhauling the board of directors, the GMS also granted approval for the financial report for the 2025 fiscal year and the company’s performance for the same year.
PT PELNI (Persero) Corporate Secretary Ditto Pappilanda expressed appreciation to all employees of PT PELNI (Persero) for their dedication and contribution, particularly to Tri Andayani, Anik Hidayati, and Robert MP Sinaga, who not only succeeded in transforming the business and services but also served as examples of leaders with integrity and professionalism.
“We extend our gratitude to the three of them for their leadership, which successfully transformed the company during the 2022-2026 period and built a strong foundation for the company’s sustainability,” Ditto stated.
