Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva Reshuffles Directors to Strengthen Transformation and Governance

PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (PSL) has refreshed its board of directors as part of efforts to strengthen business transformation, boost competitiveness, and reinforce the implementation of good corporate governance. The changes were formalised through a Shareholders’ Resolution signed on 25 June 2026. In addition to overhauling the board’s composition, shareholders also altered the nomenclature of several positions to suit the organisation’s needs and the company’s development direction. Senior Vice President of the Corporate Secretariat at PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, Dewi Fitriyani, stated that the leadership change is the shareholders’ prerogative to ensure the company has an organisation that is adaptive to industry dynamics while being capable of meeting evolving business challenges. She expressed appreciation to the previous board members—Joko Noerhudha, Retno Soelistianti, Ruri Indrasari Rachmaputri, and Herman Susilo—for their contributions in building the foundation for transformation, innovation, business strengthening, and corporate governance. According to Dewi, the various steps taken by the previous management serve as important capital for the company to continue its growth amidst changes in the port services industry. At the same time, the company welcomed the new board members, who are considered to have the experience and competence to continue the company’s transformation agenda. ‘We congratulate Mr Faruq Hidayat, Mr Andira Reoputra, Mr Bobby Hardian, and Ms Reini Delfianti on the mandate given as Directors of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva. Through the resolution, the positions of Director of Strategy and Business Development and Director of Commercial and Engineering were also changed to Director of Operations and Engineering and Director of Commercial. This organisational structure adjustment is expected to increase operational management effectiveness while strengthening the company’s business development focus. Dewi added that the leadership refresh is expected to strengthen organisational synergy in realising the company’s vision as the best solution provider for integrated port support services and area development. The change in the board’s composition is also in line with the state-owned enterprise (BUMN) transformation agenda, which the government continues to promote through strengthening corporate governance, increasing professionalism, and creating long-term value. As part of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) ecosystem, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva stated it will continue to strengthen performance, develop its business, and optimise the management of port support services and areas sustainably.
