Pelindo Regional 4 Strengthens Workers' Spiritual Development Through Quran Programme

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 continues to strengthen comprehensive human resource development through character and spiritual guidance via the ‘Pelindo Regional 4 Mengaji’ Programme. Division Head of HR Services and General Affairs at Pelindo Regional 4, Rinto Saiful, stated that the programme is conducted as a routine weekly agenda for employees within the Pelindo Regional 4 environment. He explained that the initiative is organised in collaboration with the Griya Al Quran Surabaya Foundation. The activity serves as a platform for employees to enhance their understanding of the Quran while also strengthening integrity and work culture. Rinto added that spiritual development is an important part of building human resources that are not only competent but also possess good character. He expressed hope that the collaboration with Griya Al Quran Surabaya would provide systematic Quranic learning that is easy to understand and can be followed by all employees on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, he noted that the programme is expected to strengthen camaraderie among employees and create a harmonious work environment based on moral values.
