PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), known as Pelindo, has introduced ADHARA, a digital platform designed to connect various systems and services within Indonesia’s maritime and logistics ecosystem. The introduction of ADHARA was conducted through the ‘Early Adoption of ADHARA’ event on Thursday (1/10) at the Indonesian Maritime Museum, Jakarta, marking the initial phase of platform utilisation alongside ecosystem users and stakeholders.

ADHARA was developed to address the need for connectivity among participants in the logistics chain. Currently, various stakeholders possess their own digital systems, but these are not yet fully interconnected. ADHara serves as a connecting platform without replacing existing individual systems, allowing for more integrated information exchange, transactions, and collaboration.

Pelindo President Director Achmad Muchtasyar stated that such connectivity is key to creating increasingly efficient logistics processes. “All ecosystem players already have their own systems, but these systems are not integrated and are not connected to one another. Through ADHARA, we are integrating existing systems into a single logistics ecosystem. Efficiency is not merely about cutting costs, but about how we optimise operational activities to be leaner, achieve more, and simultaneously reduce logistics costs,” said Achmad.

Through ADHARA, users can book and pay for logistics services, monitor the movement of ships, containers, and cargo in real-time, and submit single document applications to access various services within the logistics chain. The platform also supports the optimisation of logistics capacity and the use of data and analytics to support decision-making.

These services are developed through four interconnected digital solutions: AdhaOrder, AdhaTrack, AdhaAccess, and AdhaStore. For its operations, Pelindo has appointed PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) as the operator of the ADHARA platform. The Director General of Transport Integration and Multimodal of the Ministry of Transportation, Mohamad Risal Wasal, noted that integration and sustainable connectivity are vital components in supporting the national logistics system.

“Connectivity must be unified, integrated, and sustainable. There must be access, sustainability, and resilience. We have seen how ADHARA is being introduced. We hope that with ADHARA, existing issues can be resolved and inter-sectoral integration can improve,” said Risal.

During the same event, ILCS President Director Natal Iman Ginting stated that ADHARA was developed based on the principles of openness, neutrality, security, and the use of technology to encourage collaboration within the maritime and logistics ecosystem. “ADHARA is an open platform for the entire ecosystem; neutral, not prioritising any specific party; secure, with protected data security; and most importantly, smart,” said Natal.

The development of ADHARA is part of Pelindo’s transformation agenda, aligned with the direction of Danantara Indonesia’s transformation in encouraging State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to become more efficient, integrated, and competitive through strengthened collaboration and digital technology. Through the interconnection of systems and players, ADHARA is expected to drive the creation of a more integrated, data-driven, and user-oriented port and logistics ecosystem.

One of ADHARA’s early adopters, PT Meratus Line, believes that connectivity between players through a digital platform can open wider opportunities for collaboration. “This collaboration can create more end-to-end services, accelerate processes, and open opportunities to present new solutions that might have been difficult to implement previously,” said Heri Cahyono, GM of Operation Liner & Terminal Nusantara at PT Meratus Line.

Through ADHARA, Pelindo hopes that more systems, services, and players within the logistics chain can be connected, making logistics processes simpler, more transparent, and more efficient.
