Pelindo Integrates Maritime Ecosystem via ADHARA Platform
PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), known as Pelindo, has officially introduced the ADHARA digital platform to connect various service systems within the national maritime and logistics ecosystem. The introduction of the platform took place during the ADHARA Early Adoption event today at the Indonesian Maritime Museum in Jakarta.
ADHARA was developed to address the need for integration among stakeholders in the national logistics chain, which has historically operated in silos. The platform is designed to complement, rather than replace, existing individual systems, allowing for more integrated information exchange, transactions, and collaboration.
Pelindo President Director Achmad Muchtasyar stated that connectivity is a key factor in creating more efficient logistics processes. ADHARA aims to integrate fragmented logistics systems to optimise operational activities, rather than merely focusing on cost-cutting.
“All ecosystem players already have their own systems, but these systems are not yet integrated or connected to one another. Through ADARA, we are integrating existing systems into a single logistics ecosystem. Efficiency is not just about cutting costs, but about how we optimise operations to be leaner, achieve more, and simultaneously reduce logistics costs,” Achsem said in a written statement on Thursday (1/10/2026).
Through ADHARA, users can book logistics services, monitor the movement of ships, containers, and cargo in real-time, and manage documents through a single submission process. Additionally, the platform supports the optimisation of logistics capacity and the use of data analytics to support decision-making.
The service is developed through four interconnected digital solutions: AdhaOrder, AdhaTrack, AdhaAccess, and AdhaStore. For its operations, Pelindo has appointed PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) as the operator of the ADHARA platform.
Director General of Transport Integration and Multimodal of the Ministry of Transportation, Mohamad Risal Wasal, noted that integration and sustainable connectivity are vital components in supporting the national logistics system. He expressed hope that the ADHARA platform would be able to resolve various issues within the logistics sector.
“Connectivity must be unified, integrated, and sustainable. There must be access, sustainability, and resilience. We have seen the introduction of ADHARA. We hope that with ADHARA, existing problems can be resolved and inter-sector integration can improve,” said Risal.
ILCS President Director Natal Iman Ginting stated that the ADHARA platform was developed based on the principles of openness, neutrality, and system security. This technology-based approach is implemented to encourage collaboration within the national maritime and logistics ecosystem.
“ADHARA is an open platform, accessible to the entire ecosystem; neutral, not favouring any specific party; secure, with protected data; and most importantly, smart,” said Natal.
The development of the ADHARA platform is part of Pelindo’s transformation agenda, aligning with the strategic direction of Danantara Indonesia. This initiative is presented to drive a more integrated, data-driven, and user-oriented port and logistics ecosystem.
GM of Liner & Terminal Nusantara Operations at PT Meratus Line, Heri Cahyono, assessed the connectivity between business players via a digital platform as a strategic move. This integration is believed to open much broader opportunities for collaboration within the national logistics ecosystem.
“This collaboration can create more end-to-end services, accelerate processes, and open opportunities to present new solutions that may have previously been difficult to implement,” concluded Heri.
Pelindo hopes that the presence of ADHARA can connect more systems and business players within the national logistics chain. Through this digital integration, the entire logistics process is expected to become simpler, more transparent, and more efficient.
