Pekanbaru City Government Opens THR Complaint Desk
PEKANBARU CITY GOVERNMENT, through the Pekanbaru City Labour Office (Disnaker), has opened a THR complaint post for employees who do not receive their Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) from their employers. Staff can file complaints at the Disnaker office of Pekanbaru City, Jalan Samarinda, Tangkerang Tengah, or online via https://s.id/PoskoPengaduanTHR2026.
‘The THR complaint post for 2026 has been opened. Employees can file complaints if their rights have not been provided by their employer,’ said Abdul Jamal, Head of Pekanbaru City’s Disnaker, on Wednesday (4/3).
He explained that the THR complaint post provides services from Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 WIB.
‘Because THR must be paid by the employer in accordance with the applicable regulations,’ he added.
He reminded employers to promptly pay the 2026 THR to their employees.
If the 2025 THR payment was made no later than H-7 of Lebaran, then this year’s THR should be paid earlier than usual, i.e., no later than 8 March 2026.
The acceleration of THR payment for 2026 is in line with the Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 6 of 2016.
‘It must be paid in full, with no instalments,’ he concluded.
