Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq's Company Staffed by Campaign Team, Secures Work Through Regency Government Projects
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has revealed that most employees at PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB), the family-owned company of Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq, are her campaign team who were subsequently placed to work in several regional government offices within the Pekalongan Regency Government. Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu said the campaign team members were then placed to work in a number of Pekalongan Regency Government units. ‘Most of the staff at PT RNB are the regent’s campaign team who were tasked to work in several regional government offices of the Pekalongan Regency,’ Asep said at a KPK press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday, 4 March 2026. PT RNB was established about a year after Fadia Arafiq started her tenure as Pekalongan Regent for the 2021–2025 period. Asep noted that PT RNB operates in the provision of services and actively serves as a vendor in the procurement of goods and services within the Pekalongan Regency Government. In the corporate structure, ASH is the commissioner, while MSA served as director during 2022–2024. In 2024, the director position was replaced by Rul Bayatun (RUL), an employee and confidant of Fadia. Asep explained that after one year of operation, PT RNB began to secure outsourcing service procurement projects in several regional government units of the Pekalongan Regency.
