Pegadaian Wins Two Awards at Indonesia Top Achievements 2026
PT Pegadaian has been recognised as an adaptive and innovative financial institution at the Indonesia Top Achievements of the Year 2026 awards. The company took home two major categories: Excellence in Customer-Centric Transformation in Financial Services 2026 and Excellence in Inclusive Finance Leadership 2026.
The Indonesia Top Achievements of the Year 2026 ceremony was held at Grand Studio Metro TV, Kedoya, Jakarta, on Friday (20 February). The awards evening, themed “Transforming for Reinventing Indonesia”, served as a platform to honour institutions and leaders deemed to have demonstrated outstanding performance and impactful transformation for the nation’s progress.
The two awards were received in person by PT Pegadaian’s Head of Service and Contact Centre Division, Rinny A. Hadjoh. She described the recognition as a reminder of the public trust that must be continually upheld.
“For us, this award is not merely an achievement but a commitment and a reminder that behind every figure and accomplishment lies public trust that we must safeguard,” said Rinny in a written statement on Saturday (21 February 2026).
Pegadaian’s achievements were said to be linked to the company’s consistency in meeting a range of assessment criteria, including solid financial and operational performance, the ability to deliver innovation in the digital era, and transformation through business model renewal. Additionally, Pegadaian’s competence in the pawnbroking and financial services sector was also taken into consideration, including its tangible contribution to community economic empowerment.
Separately, PT Pegadaian President Director Damar Latri Setiawan expressed his appreciation for the awards received by the company.
“The spirit of ‘Serving Wholeheartedly’ is the primary foundation of every step in the company’s operations. We hope this award will serve as renewed energy for all Pegadaian personnel across Indonesia to continue innovating and delivering real benefits to our customers,” Damar explained.
With this early 2026 achievement, Pegadaian expressed optimism about continuing to strengthen the populist economic ecosystem. Carrying the vision of “The Leader in the Gold Ecosystem and Digital Growth Inclusion”, the company affirmed it would pursue sustainable digital transformation, including improvements in service quality and system reliability, to drive healthy business growth and expand inclusive financial service access for all segments of society.
