Pegadaian Secures Two Awards at Indonesia WOW Brand 2026

The two awards won by Pegadaian include the Gold Winner in the Investment Application category and the Bronze Winner in the Digital Marketing category. These recognitions affirm the excellence of Pegadaian’s digital gold service application, which serves as a modern investment solution through the Tring! app, as well as the strength of its digital communication strategy in effectively reaching and educating the public at large.

In a session titled “AI Drives Scale, Trust Stay Gold”, he explained how artificial intelligence plays a primary role in expanding business scale and service reach massively, yet customer trust remains a fundamental value that is prioritised.
In his presentation, Yudi emphasised that amid the rapid adoption of digital technology, the human touch aspect must remain the soul of every customer interaction.
