PT Pegadaian has introduced an attractive programme for the public through its Interest-Free Pawning service, which offers pawn loans without capital rental fees across all collateral categories.

This programme represents one of Pegadaian’s efforts to provide easy, fast, and affordable financial solutions for people in need of immediate cash.

Through this initiative, the public can apply for loans ranging from Rp50,000 to Rp2.5 million using various types of collateral valid at all Pegadaian outlets.

The programme also provides opportunities for both new customers and long-standing customers who have not conducted pawn transactions recently, subject to terms applying to a single transaction during the programme period.

Interest-Free Pawning can be utilised for two types of services: regular pawning with a maximum tenure of 60 days and daily pawning with a maximum tenure of 30 days.

The programme runs until 30 April 2026, giving the public the opportunity to benefit from more affordable financing without the burden of capital rental fees.

Eko Supriyanto, Regional Director of PT Pegadaian Kanwil X Bandung, stated that this programme represents Pegadaian’s commitment to helping the public access funding that is both easy and encouraging the use of safe and trustworthy pawn services.

“We are presenting this Interest-Free Pawning programme as a demonstration of Pegadaian’s care for communities needing quick funds with low costs. By eliminating capital rental fees, the public can utilise pawn loans without worrying about additional costs during the specified period,” he said.

He added that the programme also serves as an opportunity for people who have never used Pegadaian’s services or who have not conducted transactions for a long time to experience the convenience of pawn services once again.

“The Lebaran season typically sees customers needing extra funds. Interest-free pawning could be a solution. We hope this programme can help the public meet their financial needs more wisely. Pegadaian remains committed to providing financial services that are inclusive, transparent, and trustworthy for all communities,” he concluded.

With the launch of this programme, Pegadaian invites the public to take advantage of this opportunity by visiting the nearest Pegadaian outlet before the programme period ends on 30 April 2026.

The Interest-Free Pawning programme is expected to serve as a practical financial solution whilst easing the financial needs of the public in various circumstances.
