Pegadaian and Pupuk Kaltim Forge Strategic Collaboration for Sustainable Growth
PT Pegadaian (Persero) and PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur have officially united their strategic steps through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on cross-industry business synergy. The event took place at Pegadaian’s Head Office in Jakarta on Tuesday (24/6). Carrying the grand theme ‘Synergy to Goldenize Indonesia’, this partnership is designed to strengthen the economic foundations of both parties and will run for a period of three years, until 24 June 2029. The partnership agreement was signed by PT Pegadaian (Persero) Director of Marketing, Sales and Product Development Selfie Dewiyanti and PT Pupuk Kaltim Director of Finance & General Affairs Qomaruzzaman, aiming to create a sustainable and future-oriented business ecosystem. By integrating the strengths of each corporation, the collaboration is specifically intended to improve the welfare and financial literacy of Pupuk Kaltim employees, as well as to build a healthy investment culture in support of the national financial inclusion programme being promoted by the government. Selfie Dewiyanti stated that this collaboration is a key part of Pegadaian’s ongoing commitment to expanding the use of safe investment instruments into the national manufacturing and petrochemical sectors. ‘We warmly welcome this strategic partnership with Pupuk Kaltim as a tangible manifestation of our mission to Goldenize Indonesia.
