Pefindo Assigns idAAA Rating to Telkom Indonesia (TLKM) with Stable Outlook

JAKARTA. PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) has assigned an idAAA rating to PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM). “Pefindo affirms the idAAA rating for PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) and its Sustainable Bond Series I of 2015. The outlook for the company’s rating is stable,” stated Anissa Septiwijaya and Martin Pandiangan, Pefindo Analysts, in an official statement quoted on Thursday (9/4/2026). However, this is limited by exposure to macroeconomic changes and technological shifts. The rating may be downgraded if Pefindo assesses a significant decline in the relationship with or support from the government. And at the same time, if TLKM increases debt by an amount greater than projected without adequate compensation from revenue growth. Thus weakening the company’s financial condition.
