PBNU Inaugurates 41 Nutrition Service Units, Targets One Thousand Sites to Support Pesantren Nutrition Improvement

The central board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) has officially inaugurated 41 Nutrition Programme Service Units (Satuan Pelayanan Program Gizi/SPPG) under the NU umbrella, centred at the Darul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School in Bengkel, Labuapi, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

The organisation has set a target of one thousand nutrition service points to support improvements in nutrition standards across pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) nationwide.
