PT Patra Logistik conducted its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Fiscal Year, recording positive performance growth amidst improvements in the company’s fleet management and energy distribution services. Throughout 2025, the company recorded operating revenues of Rp3.25 trillion, a growth of 21.17 per cent compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the company’s EBITDA was recorded at Rp378 billion, supported by increased operational effectiveness, optimisation of fleet utilisation, and the development of energy logistics services in various operational areas. President Director of PT Patra Logistik, Yock Yorlando, stated that the company continues to improve the quality of energy logistics distribution and fleet management to maintain increasingly adaptive services for customer needs and industry dynamics. ‘The company continues to improve fleet management, distribution monitoring, and operational effectiveness so that the energy delivery process can run more punctually, safely, and responsively to customer needs. Distribution and inventory management are key focuses for the company amid increasing energy distribution needs and operational complexity in the field,’ said Yock. Currently, Patra Logistik manages more than 4,000 operational fleet units, including tanker trucks supporting fuel distribution and energy logistics services across various regions in Indonesia. The company is also continuing to modernise its fleet, enhance distribution monitoring, and optimise fleet utilisation to maintain service reliability and delivery effectiveness. Entering 2026, the company will develop a Fleet Management system supported by a nationally integrated Road Traffic Control (RTC) system to enhance fleet movement monitoring, distribution control, and real-time inventory management. Corporate Secretary of PT Patra Logistik, Prakoso Yoga Ferlando, added that the company is also continuously improving the implementation of good corporate governance to support reliable and measurable operational management. ‘The company continues to improve governance implementation through the development of operational monitoring, more integrated fleet management, and the refinement of business processes to support the quality of energy distribution services,’ said Ferlando. Going forward, Patra Logistik will continue to improve service quality and energy logistics operational management to support distribution that is more effective, measurable, and adaptive to industry and customer needs. During the AGM, shareholders approved the distribution of a cash dividend of Rp1 per share to all recorded shareholders on 659.12 million outstanding shares.
