PATRA JASA RECORDS REVENUE OF Rp5.5 TRILLION THROUGHOUT 2025

PT Patra Jasa, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), recorded revenue of Rp5.5 trillion throughout 2025, representing a 17% growth compared to the previous period. This achievement was announced at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year. “This growth, which exceeded the target, demonstrates that each business unit has resilience and the ability to continue developing amid industry dynamics,” said VP Corporate Secretary of Patra Jasa, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday. Based on the audited financial report, the company’s revenue in 2025 also exceeded the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) target by 18%. Fadjar stated that this performance was supported by contributions from several business lines, particularly the property development sector, which grew significantly following the completion of several strategic projects. “We also continue to prioritise the principle of prudence in cost management to align with revenue growth,” he said. According to him, successfully maintaining healthy financial performance serves as an important foundation for the company in facing future business challenges. The company reaffirmed its commitment to continuously increasing asset value, strengthening the business portfolio, and maintaining service standards for stakeholders. Patra Jasa is a company that has been operating for more than 50 years, focusing on three main business pillars: property investment and development, hotels and resorts, as well as services. The company manages various property assets, including nine hotels spread across various regions in Indonesia. In addition to the hotel network, Patra Jasa also manages office buildings such as Grha Pertamina and Patra Jasa Office Tower, as well as the Patraland Residential Kuningan and Patraland Residential Balikpapan residential areas. The company also stated its focus on asset optimisation through several strategic projects, including Bobocabin Patra Parapat, the development of Villa Kayu Patra Anyer, Sashta Lounge at Patra Semarang, and various other property developments that are part of Pertamina’s strategic assignments.
