PASTI Task Force Halts Operations of YWWSDC and RTHAE Over Crypto Investment Violations

The Task Force for the Eradication of Illegal Financial Activities (Satgas PASTI) has halted the business operations of two entities, YWWSDC and RTHAE, after indications of violations were found in their offers of crypto asset and digital financial asset investments to the public.

Neither company holds a licence from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a Digital Financial Asset Trader (PAKD). They claimed to hold licences abroad and to be in the process of obtaining a licence from the OJK.

Satgas PASTI reminded the public to be cautious of investment offers made in the name of foreign companies or those claiming to be in the process of securing an OJK licence. The public is urged to always verify the legality of the operator and to understand the risks and characteristics of the products being offered, said Satgas PASTI Secretariat Hudiyanto in a written statement on 31 August 2026.

YWWSDC claimed to be part of YWWSDC Group US Ltd, which holds a licence in Colorado, United States. They offered crypto asset trading investment schemes and the purchase of digital financial asset tokens through their platform.

However, Satgas PASTI’s verification showed that YWWSDC does not hold an OJK licence as a PAKD and has been operating outside the scope of its permit from the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM. YWWSDC’s website and application are also not registered as an Electronic System Operator (PSE) with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs.

Satgas PASTI also found changes to URL addresses using different names but with a similar appearance, suspected to be linked to YWWSDC, Hudiyanto said.

Meanwhile, RTHAE offered investments through the Retail Trader Hosted Automates Engine platform, with token offerings claimed to be listed on their exchange. They promised refunds if the tokens failed to be listed.

Verification showed that RTHAE has no legal entity in Indonesia, does not hold an OJK licence as a PAKD, and has been operating outside its BKPM permit. Their application and website are also not registered as a PSE with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, Hudiyanto added.

Following these findings, Satgas PASTI has halted the operations of YWWSDC and RTHAE and blocked access to their applications and related URLs. The task force will coordinate with law enforcement for further action.

Members of the public who believe they have suffered losses are asked to report to local law enforcement to expedite case handling. Satgas PASTI reiterated that the public should remain vigilant against investment offers promising illogically high returns, especially those made in the name of foreign companies and claiming to be in the process of obtaining an OJK licence, Hudiyanto said.
