Partnership Opportunities in Four Food, Beverage, and Service Sectors
PT Tokio Sentral Asia’s participation in The 2nd IBOS Expo 2026 has yielded significant business achievements. During the three-day exhibition, the company—which manages several popular brands including Makashiya Coffee & Kitchen, Tokio Street, WashSmart, and I am Story—successfully generated numerous leads and closed deals with an estimated transaction value of Rp1 billion.
In addition to transaction gains, the company experienced positive impacts in the form of increased exposure and new prospects. This achievement is part of Tokio Sentral Asia’s strategy to expand its network while introducing partnership opportunities to prospective entrepreneurs and investors.
Naomi Kaka, Operational Manager of Tokio Sentral Asia, stated that the IBOS Expo provided a strategic space for the company to meet its target market directly. “Our participation in the IBOS Expo serves as an opportunity to introduce and expand awareness of our various brands, while simultaneously opening partnership opportunities with potential investors and business actors from various regions,” Naomi said in a statement on Wednesday.
The company is currently offering four business options within the F&B and service sectors that can be tailored to investor interests. These partnership opportunities are offered with investment values starting from Rp75 million. The business models are designed to be highly convenient for partners, as operational management is handled directly by a professional management team. The company provides full support, ranging from work systems and investment monitoring to marketing and management assistance.
Based on the company’s projections, partners have the potential for a fixed income of approximately 25% to 30% of the investment amount. The estimated break-even point (BEP) ranges from 3 to 12 months, depending on the chosen investment package and scheme.
To date, PT Tokio Sentral Asia has more than 100 partners. Partnership opportunities remain widely available for the Jabodetabek, Bali, Surabaya, and Palembang regions, with plans for further expansion to other areas across Indonesia.
