Partnership Ends, Prambanan Investasi Transfers DOOH Shares to Wisdom Crowd Indonesia

The controlling shareholder of PT Dooh-Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH), PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses, has reported a change in its share ownership stake in the company. According to a disclosure report dated 25 March 2026, this change was triggered by the end of a strategic partnership. PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses has released 326,447,388 DOOH shares on 17 March 2026. The sale transaction was conducted at a price of Rp124 per share. The reason behind this asset transfer is the expiration of the partnership period between PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses and PT Wisdom Crowd Indonesia. As a consequence of the partnership’s end, PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses handed over hundreds of millions of DOOH shares to PT Wisdom Crowd Indonesia. Prior to this transaction, PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses controlled 5,440,789,800 shares, equivalent to 70.30% of voting rights. Following the share transfer, its ownership has decreased to 5,114,342,412 shares, equivalent to 66.09%. Despite the reduction in ownership stake, PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses asserts that its status as the controlling shareholder remains unchanged and expresses its commitment to maintaining control over PT Dooh-Era Media Sejahtera Tbk.
