Partai Ummat Daily Chair Agrees with Prabowonomics Concept

The peak of the 28th Anniversary of the National Awakening Party (PKB) was held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Central Jakarta, on Thursday evening (23/7/2026). PKB adopted the theme ‘A New Direction for the Constitutional Economic Mandate’ and popularised the concept of ‘Prabowonomics’. The term Prabowonomics symbolises support for national economic self-reliance, in line with the national food security programme launched by the Indonesian government. The event was attended by President Prabowo Subianto, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, and PKB General Chair Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar. In his speech, President Prabowo stated that the government firmly refuses to be dictated to or controlled by the market forces of other nations. The head of state conveyed that this economic idea is based on the 1945 Constitution, particularly Article 33 and Article 34, to achieve the people’s prosperity.
