Part-Time PPPK THR in Surabaya City Government and South Sulawesi Provincial Government Confirmed, Here's the Amount

Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) on a part-time basis within the Surabaya City Government (Pemkot Surabaya) and South Sulawesi Provincial Government (Pemprov Sulsel) are assured to receive Idul Fitri Bonuses (THR) in 2026.

Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi announced this via Zoom on Friday (13/3/2026).

The provision of THR for Civil Servants (ASN) and full-time or part-time PPPK is based on Government Regulation (PP) No. 9 of 2026 concerning the Provision of Idul Fitri Bonuses and the 13th Month Salary to State Apparatus, Retirees, Pension Recipients, and Allowance Recipients in 2026.

So, how much THR will part-time PPPK receive? Eri explained that the THR calculation varies by region due to differing targets.

“Regarding full-time PPPK who have not worked for a full year, the rule is to calculate their working period in months divided by 12 months, multiplied by their monthly salary including allowances, so they still receive that amount. For part-time PPPK, it is not regulated, but if calculated using the full-time PPPK model, with just two months of work in January-February divided by 12 months, multiplied by the monthly amount, it comes to around Rp600,000 - Rp700,000,” he clarified.

“That’s why I said for PNS and full-time PPPK, I requested it to be 100 percent. Then for part-time PPPK, I will give Rp2 million, even though there is no regulation and the calculation turns out small, I will still give Rp2 million,” he stated.

In addition to Pemkot Surabaya, Pemprov Sulsel is also providing 2026 THR for part-time PPPK.

“Full-time or part-time PPPK will still receive THR. This is in accordance with the Government Regulation issued by the central government,” said South Sulawesi Governor Andi Sudirman Sulaiman, quoted from sulselprov.go.id, on Friday (13/3/2026).

Although the timeframe for providing THR and the 13th month salary for ASN and PPPK is not specifically regulated in PP No. 6 of 2026, Andi is committed to disbursing it on time ahead of Eid al-Fitr 2026.

“The calculation is based on the working period. For example, if they have worked for three months, it is calculated as three out of twelve of the base salary. If six months, then six out of twelve of the base salary,” Andi explained.

With this scheme, all ASN within the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, including part-time PPPK, will still receive THR, although the amount is adjusted according to each individual’s working period.
