Part-time Government Contract Workers (PPPK) in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), will not receive holiday allowances this year. The Dompu Regency Government has not allocated a budget for holiday allowance (THR) payments for part-time contract workers.

“It appears there is none, because this is related to policy. But indeed the regulation states something about it,” said Muhammad Syahroni, Head of Dompu’s Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), on Friday (13 March 2026).

Syahroni explained that the holiday allowance component includes base salary, allowances, and other benefits. However, part-time PPPK workers do not have a base salary or allowances, so they cannot receive holiday allowances like civil servants (ASN PNS) and full-time PPPK workers.

“Part-time PPPK income comes from goods and services budget components, not from employee expenditure or fixed wages,” he stated.

Dompu Regency Government has prepared a budget of Rp 31.5 billion for holiday allowance payments for civil servants, including both Civil Service Personnel (PNS) and full-time PPPK workers.

Syahroni said that holiday allowance payments together with the 13th month salary for civil servants within Dompu Regency Government would begin on Friday. Payment commenced following the enactment of Dompu Regent Regulation Number 8 of 2026 concerning the technical procedures for holiday allowance and 13th month salary payments sourced from the 2026 budget on Thursday (12 March 2026).
