According to her, the government and relevant parties must provide serious attention, particularly regarding the recovery of victims. This includes not only physical recovery but also mental recovery. “This includes restitution that must be paid by the operator as responsibility for the incident,” she said. Sari expressed her concern over the incident and extended deep condolences to all victims and those affected. She hopes such incidents will not happen again in the future. Previously, an accident occurred between the Argo Bromo Anggrek train and the KRL or commuter line at Bekasi Timur Station on Monday (27/04) evening. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) President Director Bobby Rasyidin stated that based on the latest data as of Tuesday at 08:45 WIB, 14 people were recorded as deceased. The deceased victims have been taken to RS Polri Kramat Jati for further identification processes. Meanwhile, 84 injured victims have received medical treatment at various healthcare facilities. Treatment for victims is being carried out at several healthcare facilities, including RSUD Bekasi, RS Bella Bekasi, RS Primaya, RS Mitra Plumbon Cibitung, RS Bakti Kartini, RS Siloam Bekasi Timur, RS Hermina, as well as RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Timur and Barat. KAI has set up an Emergency Response Post and Information Post at Bekasi Timur Station to assist families in obtaining information related to victims and passengers.
