Parking troubles with Securicor

On Dec. 8, I arrived at the office in Cilandak Commercial Estate, unit 406 AW, at about 8 a.m. and found out that our office parking spaces (right in front of our office) were all occupied by Securicor Indonesia operational cars. Naturally, we asked that the cars be moved to allow us to park our cars there. In fact, the Securicor office is located just next to ours -- unit 407.

Shortly after the Securicor cars were moved, and I managed to park my car in front of our office, a man in a dark blue Securicor uniform approached me and asked me to move my car a bit closer to the adjacent ditch. I refused to do so as my car did not cause any hindrance to the flow of traffic.

But this guy insisted on requiring me to do, and I insisted on refusing his demand. He finally forced me to move.

Feeling annoyed and offended, I insisted that both parties set a rule to the effect that each office's employees should park their cars. The man apparently got irritated and started yelling rudely, adding that we were only new employees in the area.

When I asked what his name was, he replied arrogantly "Everyone in Bhumyamca (Cilandak Commercial Estate) knows me".

I strongly suggest that PT Securicor Indonesia pay due attention to this matter.
