Paramount Petals Wins Award for Delivering Modern Township
Paramount Land has secured the ‘The Most Excellent New Township with Great Accessibility’ award for its Paramount Petals project. The award recognises the project’s commitment and innovation in developing a comprehensive and sustainable self-contained township spanning approximately 400 hectares west of Jakarta.
The Paramount Petals township features direct access to the Jakarta-Merak toll road at the Jakarta-Tangerang KM 25 section, which is projected to reduce traffic congestion on the Bitung artery by up to 10%, equivalent to 19,000–20,000 vehicles per day. The township is also equipped with modern infrastructure, high accessibility to surrounding areas via major road networks, complete utilities, and various urban facilities.
