Paramount Gading Serpong Launches Premium Altadena Prime Homes
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Paramount Gading Serpong has introduced Altadena Prime, its latest premium housing development in Pasadena Central District. The first phase will be marketed exclusively with 30 units, starting at Rp4.4 billion.
Altadena Prime combines Art Deco-inspired architecture, functional three-storey layouts and a green residential environment designed to support a modern lifestyle.
The launch continues the development of an integrated residential and commercial ecosystem in Pasadena Central District, a 40-hectare mixed-use area. Located on Jalan Boulevard Raya Gading Serpong, the district is bordered by two connecting corridors between Gading Serpong and BSD and linked to two major toll roads: the Serpong-Balaraja and Jakarta-Tangerang toll roads.
Under the “10 Minutes City Living” concept, the area is designed to bring residents closer to everyday needs, from dining and shopping to education, healthcare, social activities and recreation.
Ferry John Sihombing, Paramount Land’s Director of Sales and Marketing, said Gading Serpong’s appeal lay in its connectivity to surrounding areas and the range of facilities available. Everyday needs in the city were becoming increasingly integrated, in line with its “Everything is Here” tagline.
“This concept is highly relevant to the needs of urban residents seeking a balance between productivity, comfort and quality of life, which is the main approach behind the development of Pasadena Central District,” he said, according to a written statement on Thursday (15 October 2026).
“Pasadena Central District is being developed as an integrated district combining residential and commercial uses in one ecosystem. Its residential portfolio includes Altadena Residences, Grand Pasadena Village and Pasadena Grand Residences, while its commercial developments include Pasadena Square, Altadena Square and Pasadena Studio Loft,” Ferry added.
The commercial ecosystem is also being bolstered by major anchor tenants such as Kopi Nako and Zenbu Group, alongside a hypermarket and a large electronics store.
Ferry said the district was close to a number of city facilities: less than 1km from Aniva and Paramount Gading Serpong’s Taman Rasa food centre; 2km from lifestyle malls Hampton Square and Manhattan District; 2km from prominent schools and universities; and 4km from Bethsaida Hospital Gading Serpong, among other facilities.
He said one of Pasadena Central District’s attractions was Pasadena Walk, a green corridor designed to provide a pedestrian-friendly experience and outdoor activities for visitors and residents. It includes commercial booths and connects directly to the Taman Rasa food centre.
Pasadena Walk offers a green central business district experience, with buildings and the spaces between them designed to complement one another.
Henry Napitupulu, Paramount Land’s Director of Planning and Design, said that following the complete take-up of Altadena Residences, Altadena Prime would introduce a new design and approach to its surroundings.
“Altadena Prime combines privacy, natural light, open space and comprehensive supporting facilities, with an attractive, well-proportioned and distinctive Art Deco-style façade. A key feature of its predecessor has been brought back: a sky deck with an attic room that can serve as a versatile additional space and includes a bathroom,” he said.
Henry added that Altadena Prime consists of three-storey homes in L8x18 Regular and Corner, and L9x19 Regular and Corner layouts. The homes are designed for functionality, with a void and high ceilings to create a more spacious feel and improve the flow of light and air into the house.
Another feature is an L-shaped garden, offering residents green space without compromising the functionality of the main living areas. The L8 type has a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the L9 type has an en-suite bathroom in every bedroom and an additional direct access point to the service area.
The residential environment features landscaped greenery intended to create a pleasant and comfortable neighbourhood. To support social life and family activities, Altadena Prime includes a Social Clubhouse with a swimming pool, children’s playground, gym, ping-pong arcade, multipurpose room and basketball court.
Buyers can choose from several payment options: Supercash; a cash or mortgage option with a 5% down payment paid in three instalments; a cash or instalment plan with a 20% down payment followed by 18 instalments; or a special price with no down payment and instalments over 18 or 24 months. Each unit includes air conditioning in every bedroom, a smart door lock, a solar water heater, a canopy, EV-charging readiness and a clean-water filter.
