Paragon Wardah Opens Ri'aya 2026 Scholarship Programme in Qatar
Paragon Wardah has opened opportunities for young Indonesian women to join the Ri’aya Young Adult Stewardship Program 2026, a global leadership development programme organised by the Al-Mujadilah Center & Mosque for Women in Doha, Qatar. The programme will also include participants from Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam.
Scheduled to run from 9 to 23 August 2026, the programme is designed to equip young Muslim women with a deeper understanding of Islamic ethics, the history of Muslim civilisation, and contemporary global challenges and opportunities. Over the course of two weeks, participants will engage in intensive learning, cross-cultural discussions, and shared learning experiences with young women from various countries.
“As part of its commitment to supporting women’s development and education, Paragon Wardah is providing scholarship support for selected participants from Indonesia to join this programme,” said Suci Hendrina, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at ParagonCorp, in a written statement on Friday (12/6/2026).
She explained that the Ri’aya Young Adult Stewardship Program serves as a global learning space that brings together young women from diverse backgrounds to broaden their perspectives, build international networks, and develop leadership capacities grounded in Islamic values and social contribution.
“Through this collaboration, Paragon Wardah continues to strengthen its commitment to nurturing a generation of female leaders with strong character, global competitiveness, and the ability to make a positive impact on society,” she stated.
Suci Hendrina conveyed that this collaboration aligns with Paragon’s vision of creating broader impact through talent and leadership development.
“We believe young women have great potential as agents of change. Through Paragon Wardah’s collaboration with the Al-Mujadilah Center & Mosque for Women in the Ri’aya programme, we aim to equip them with a global perspective and leadership capacity so they can create a wider impact for society,” she said.
Registration for the Ri’aya Young Adult Stewardship Program 2026 is open to young women aged 17 to 22, from high school students to university students, who possess English language skills and a strong academic or non-academic track record.
Registration is open until 21 June 2026 via the Paragon Wardah form or the official Ri’aya form.
“Through this global collaboration, Paragon Wardah hopes to support the emergence of a generation of Muslim women with a global outlook, strong character, and readiness to contribute in addressing future challenges,” she concluded.
