PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), known as Paradise Indonesia, has finalised the interim dividend distributed on 3 October 2025 at Rp 5 per share, amounting to Rp 55.9 billion, as the final dividend. Vice President Director Surina explained during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) that this means no additional dividend will be given to shareholders. “So at this AGM there is no additional dividend, so we finalise it,” Surina stated on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

She also reported that Paradise Indonesia successfully recorded a net profit of Rp 44.7 billion in the first quarter of 2026, a turnaround from a loss of Rp 132.87 billion the previous year. Additionally, the company posted a 20 percent increase in EBITDA to Rp 100.67 billion, indicating significant potential for an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year. However, Surina noted that the interim dividend policy for 2026 cannot yet be determined. “With cash flow conditions permitting, the potential for distributing an interim dividend is quite high, but we are waiting for the half-year book closing until June 2026,” she said.

During the same RUPST, Paradise Indonesia also decided to reshuffle its board of directors as part of a leadership regeneration process. This move also aims to strengthen corporate governance to support the company’s long-term growth strategy. Shareholders agreed to appoint Andri Hadi as President Director, replacing Anthony Prabowo Susilo, who now assumes the role of President Commissioner. Surina, who previously served as Director, has been officially elevated to Vice President Director of INPP. “With a combination of solid management experience and a continuously growing asset portfolio, we are optimistic about maintaining the growth momentum built over the past few years,” said Andri Hadi.

The latest board composition resulting from the Paradise Property RUPST is as follows:

Board of Commissioners:

  • President Commissioner: Anthony Prabowo Susilo

  • Vice President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner: Todo Sihombing
