Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua posts Rp1.15 trillion net profit in 2025
Jakarta — PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), a property developer and master planner of the Pantai Indah Kapuk area, reported that net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity amounted to Rp1.15 trillion in 2025, up 83.89 percent year-on-year from Rp623.91 billion in 2024, according to information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in Jakarta on Thursday.
The company also reported basic earnings per share of Rp67.79 in 2025, up from Rp38.78 in 2024.
Net profit for the year was supported by net revenue of Rp4.32 trillion in 2025, up 52.36 percent YoY from Rp2.83 trillion in 2024.
Revenue contributions came from land and building sales of Rp4.19 trillion, rental segment Rp35.47 billion, and other segments Rp94.17 billion.
As revenue grew, the cost of revenue rose to Rp1.72 trillion in 2025, versus Rp1.25 trillion in 2024.
Costs consisted of selling expenses Rp108.40 billion, general and administrative expenses Rp327.70 billion, and share of net loss of equity-accounted investees Rp27.72 billion.
Additionally, finance costs Rp57.67 billion, final tax expense Rp217.14 billion, and other expenses Rp2.05 billion.
As at 31 December 2025, the company, owned by conglomerate Sugianto Kusuma (Aguan), posted total assets of Rp50.58 trillion, up from Rp46.57 trillion as at 31 December 2024.
Liabilities stood at Rp18.92 trillion as at 31 December 2025, down from Rp19.99 trillion as at 31 December 2024.
Equity amounted to Rp31.66 trillion as at 31 December 2025, up from Rp26.59 trillion as at 31 December 2024.
As at 31 December 2025, cash and cash equivalents stood at Rp3.84 trillion, down from Rp4.28 trillion at the end of December 2024.
