The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has opened national internship vacancies for university graduates with bachelor’s and diploma degrees to work within the ministry. The PANRB Ministry has set a quota of 76 positions to fill formations including Cooperation Analyst, Archivist Team, Legal Services, Data Analyst, Computer Administrator, Policy Analyst, Data and Information Processing, and Financial Manager.

PANRB Ministry Secretary Reni Suzana stated that this opportunity represents the ministry’s participation in the national internship programme, batch 1 of the 2nd cohort for 2026. Reni expressed confidence that the programme can provide a space for interns to become familiar with the work environment in government and develop potential relevant to the needs of the professional world.

“This programme is an opportunity for university graduates to gain direct work experience, develop competencies, and prepare themselves to face an increasingly dynamic job market,” Reni said in a written statement cited on Sunday, 26 July 2026.

Selected participants will receive an allowance equivalent to the Jakarta regional minimum wage, along with employment social security in the form of work accident insurance and death benefit insurance. Additionally, participants will receive an internship certificate and a competency certification from the National Professional Certification Agency. Throughout the internship, participants will be mentored by a supervisor.

For those interested, internship registration is open from 16 to 28 July 2026 via the website magang.hub.kemenaker.go.id. Applicants are required to create an account on the SIAPkerja platform first, then complete their personal data and documents and select the internship formation.

After registration, the committee will conduct the selection process from 29 July to 5 August 2026. The announcement of selection results is scheduled for 7 August, and the internship will commence on 10 August 2026. The internship programme will run for the next six months. Requirements for internship participants are diploma and bachelor’s degree graduates from within the last year, based on the higher education database of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.

Reni expressed hope that the programme provides more than just work experience for participants, but also becomes a space for collaboration and the exchange of ideas. “With young talent possessing creativity, adaptability, and fresh perspectives, they can provide added value in supporting future bureaucratic transformation,” she said.
