Pancasila Day: Jakarta suspends SIM and Mobile Samsat services

The Jakarta Regional Police Traffic Directorate has suspended Driving Licence (SIM) and Mobile Samsat services on Pancasila Day, 1 June 2026.

“The services at Satpas Daan Mogot, DKI Jakarta Satpas Unit, DKI SIM Service Units and Mobile SIM units will be closed on Monday, 1 June 2026,” the official @TMCPoldaMetro account wrote on X (Twitter) on Monday.

SIM and Mobile Samsat services will resume on Tuesday, 2 June 2026.

Drivers whose licences expire on Monday (1/6) can proceed with renewal procedures.

Those who fail to renew their SIM by Tuesday, 2 June 2026, must apply for a new licence.

Additionally, the Jakarta Traffic Police have suspended Vehicle Ownership Certificate (BPKB) services on Pancasila Day.

BPKB services will reopen on Tuesday, 2 June 2026.
