Jakarta - The nickel mining issuer PT PAM Mineral Tbk (NICL) has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rp 63.81 billion to shareholders from the performance of the 2025 fiscal year. This decision was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Monday (4/5/2026). The NICL dividend equates to 74.99% of the company’s total retained earnings for 2025, which reached Rp 85.09 billion. Thus, each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp 6.00 per share. NICL’s President Director Ruddy Tjanaka stated that the company’s 2025 performance forms the basis for the dividend distribution decision. “This performance reflects the company’s ability to maintain operational continuity, enhance competitiveness, and sustain healthy operational and financial performance,” he said in a press release on Monday. In 2025, NICL recorded a net profit of Rp 345.14 billion, an increase of 8.27% year-on-year compared to Rp 318.76 billion in 2024. This performance was achieved amid a downward trend in global nickel prices. The company offset this with a 13% increase in sales volume (company and subsidiaries) to 307,000 tonnes, as well as through operational efficiencies and optimisation of resource utilisation. For comparison, in the 2024 fiscal year, NICL distributed a dividend of Rp 127.62 billion or Rp 12 per share, equivalent to 60.83% of that year’s retained earnings. Amid the dividend distribution, the company continues to pursue expansion and operational sustainability agendas. To support these targets, the company is continuing exploration activities to add to mine reserves and ensure long-term operational continuity. “These activities are a strategic step in guaranteeing operational continuity and enhancing the economic value of the resources owned,” said Ruddy. Currently, NICL operates two main mines, namely in the PAM Mineral concession area with reserves of around 8.25 million tonnes and a mine owned by subsidiary PT Indrabakti Mustika with reserves reaching 91.82 million tonnes. On the marketing side, NICL plans to expand its network from Sulawesi to Halmahera and establish strategic global partnerships to strengthen market penetration and maintain sales contract sustainability.
