PAM Jaya Offers Various Service Conveniences at PRJ 2026
Amidst the bustle of the 2026 Jakarta Fair (PRJ), PAM Jaya is seizing the moment to engage more closely with the capital’s residents by offering easy access to clean water services in one location. Located in Hall C1 at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Pavilion, from 11 June to 12 July PAM Jaya is providing various services to meet customer needs, ranging from new connection programmes for prospective customers to reconnection for residents wishing to reactivate their piped water services. Everything can be processed directly on site, without the need to visit a service office. At the same time, PAM Jaya is also introducing its latest innovation, a water purifier. The presence of this technology demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing practical, safe, and high-quality drinking water access for the community. PAM Jaya officer Arriyadh explained that during the fair, both new connection fees and reconnection fees for residential homes are completely waived. In other words, customers only need to settle any outstanding bill arrears. “We have a reconnection programme or reconnection promo, where specifically for the PRJ, all connection fees for residential homes are free. There is also a new connection programme, where we waive all installation fees, and we are also introducing a new programme or innovation, the PAM Jaya Water Purifier,” said Arriyadh. PAM Jaya’s presence at the Jakarta Fair is part of an effort to bring services closer and broaden public understanding of the various programmes available. This initiative was positively received by fair visitors, such as Alika and Ari. In addition to obtaining direct information, visitors can also consult about their clean water needs according to their respective conditions. One innovation that has proven quite popular is the free drinking water from the water purifier machine, which is available in a choice of normal, cold, and hot temperatures. Alika admitted that this facility greatly supports her habit of carrying a tumbler. Moreover, the taste of the water consumed remains fresh without leaving any aftertaste. “It’s really helpful. Honestly, I like to drink a lot, and I like to fill my tumbler too. So this really helps, I don’t have to buy any more. No plastic waste either,” she said. A similar sentiment was shared by another visitor, Ari, who stopped by the PAM Jaya booth after walking around the fair area. “The impression is quite good, it’s clean, and I see it’s helpful because I was walking around and got tired, so the water is fresh and cold. It really quenches your thirst. It’s very easy, simple, there are instructions. You just press it and the water comes out,” said Ari. The PAM Jaya booth at PRJ 2026 serves as a space for direct interaction between the service provider and the public. Through participation in this annual event, PAM Jaya hopes that Jakarta residents will become familiar with the available services and utilise them as a commitment to providing water services that are easy, modern, and reach all of Jakarta.
