Palu City Government Welcomes Arrival of Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming
The Acting Assistant for Administration and Economic Affairs at the Palu City Regional Secretariat, Rahmat Mustafa, was present to welcome the arrival of Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Todotua Pasaribu, on Thursday (17/04/2025).
The reception took place at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport in Palu with a warm atmosphere and local cultural touches. Todotua arrived on a Garuda Indonesia flight and was greeted directly by regional officials and members of the regional leadership coordination forum.
Upon arrival at the airport, he was presented with a Siga headband by the Deputy Governor of Central Sulawesi, Reny A Lamadjido.
Todotua is scheduled to carry out a number of strategic agenda items during his visit to Central Sulawesi, including inspecting the progress of the Palu Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
The visit forms part of the central government's efforts to ensure the implementation of industrial downstreaming programmes is proceeding concretely in regions with natural resource and industrial potential, including Palu.
The presence of Todotua Pasaribu represents a strong signal of the central government's commitment to accelerating regional economic transformation through synergy between central and regional authorities.
