Palma Serasih Records Net Profit of Rp442.8 Billion in 2025
Palm oil plantation issuer PT Palma Serasih Tbk recorded performance growth throughout 2025 with an increase in net profit amid the dynamics of global commodity prices. This performance was supported by improvements in plantation productivity and operational efficiency implemented by the company. The company booked a net profit of Rp442.8 billion, up 26.3% from the previous year’s Rp350.6 billion. Profit growth aligned with revenue growth reaching Rp2.55 trillion, an increase of around 20% annually. Director and Corporate Secretary of PT Palma Serasih Tbk, Astrida Niovita Bachtiar, stated that the company maintained growth through disciplined cost management and the application of sustainable operational practices. “Sustainable growth can only be achieved through a combination of implementing best management practices, consistent operational standards, operational efficiency, and optimal asset management,” said Astrida in a written statement on Friday (8/5/2026). On the operational side, core fresh fruit bunch (FFB) production reached 355.2 thousand tonnes, while crude palm oil (CPO) production was recorded at 140.2 thousand tonnes. Core FFB productivity was at 17.8 tonnes per hectare. The company operating in East Kalimantan targets sustainable growth in 2026 through increased productivity and operational efficiency. The prepared strategy includes selective business expansion and strengthening sustainability programmes across all operational areas. Palma Serasih manages more than 28 thousand hectares of core and plasma land and states that it continues to implement a no-deforestation, no-peatland development, and no-exploitation policy, or No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE). In addition, the company collaborates with several conservation institutions for the protection of orangutan habitats and high-conservation-value areas in its operational regions. In the social sector, the company continues partnerships with plasma farmers and support for educational infrastructure development for communities around the plantations.
