Palembang-Pangkalan Balai toll road opens operationally for Eid holiday traffic flow

The Trans Sumatera toll road (JTTS) section of Palembang-Betung, specifically the Palembang-Pangkalan Balai segment, has commenced functional operations in Kramasan, Kertapati, Palembang, South Sumatra, on Friday 13 March 2026. The approximately 53.2-kilometre toll road will operate functionally from 13–29 March 2026, opening from 07:00 WIB to 17:00 WIB to facilitate traffic flow, reduce potential vehicle congestion, and provide safer, more comfortable, and more efficient travel alternatives for holiday travellers heading home during the Eid season.
