VICTIMS OF CONFLICT: An Acehnese woman in Gading Gadjah
subdistrict, Central Aceh, relates that her house was burned
down, while her children look on. A total of 80 houses belonging
to indigenous Acehnese were burned down after the Free Aceh
Movement attacked several military checkpoints in the subdistrict
last July.
