Padang Receives Additional Rp371 Billion in Regional Transfer Funds for Post-Disaster Recovery

The Padang City Government in West Sumatra has secured an additional Rp371.8 billion in Regional Transfer Funds (TKD) for the 2026 fiscal year. The funds are specifically designated for post-disaster recovery efforts following the hydrometeorological disasters that occurred at the end of November 2025. The allocation will cover the construction and repair of various damaged infrastructure, including schools, healthcare service facilities, irrigation systems and rice fields, bridges, and permanent housing for residents affected by the disaster.
