In leading this transformation, the woman familiarly known as Dewi consistently prioritises leadership with heart. This approach is called EMAS, an acronym for Empower, Mindful, Authentic, Significant Impact. “So when we think of Pegadaian, we think of gold. So I use the word gold. Leading with heart means empower. Gold means empower. It’s not about using our power to force, but more about inviting. So we invite how we will transform together, from just pawning business to now also what we call billion bank for gold business,” she explained.
