Tampubolon, S.H., M.H., as Chairperson and Secretary General of the National Leadership Council (DPN) of PERADI for the 2015-2020 period, based on the decisions of the PERADI National Congress II in Pekanbaru on 12-13 June 2015, as requested via DPN PERADI letters dated 28 April 2022 and 11 May 2022, and submitted by Notary Marlon Silitonga, S.H.;

  5. To order the Defendant to issue a Decree of Approval for Changes to the Indonesian Advocates Association submitted by the management of Prof. Dr. Otto Hasibuan, S.H., M.M., and Dr. H. Hermansyah Dulaimi, S.H., M.H., as Chairperson and Secretary General of the DPN PERADI for the 2020-2025 period, based on the decisions of the PERADI National Congress III in Bogor on 7 October 2020, as requested via DPN PERADI letters dated 28 April 2022 and 11 May 2022, and submitted via the Legal Entity Administration System (SABH) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on 28 April 2022;

  6. To order the First and Second Respondents of the Judicial Review to pay the court costs at all levels of court, which in this judicial review is set at Rp 2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand Rupiah).
