'Orang Tua Group' TV commercials

From Republika

I've observed the commercials promoting the products of Orang Tua Group on TV and in my opinion the group has violated the code of conduct in TV commercials because it has advertised its ginseng-mixed wine. As far as I know, there is a regulation banning the advertising of liquor on TV.

At a glance, the commercial does not seem to suggest a wine but if you look at the scene carefully you'll find that it is promoting its ginseng-mixed wine. First, grapes and then the act of pouring wine into the glass with the logo of Orang Tua are superimposed on the glass.

From my observation, I have found that the Orang Tua logo is superimposed on the glass only in the case of its ginseng-mixed wine and its medicinal beverage of rice and herb products. Laymen may not realize that the appearance of the Orang Tua logo on the glass containing wine is a violation of the prevailing regulation.

Orang Tua Group and the advertising bureau concerned are herewith called upon to withdraw this commercial as soon as possible.
