Optimising Live Online Streaming to Strengthen Brands

The growth of live commerce and affiliate marketing in Indonesia is opening new opportunities for brands to expand their reach while boosting sales performance. Recognising this potential, Nobi Project together with JJ Glow has introduced the JJ Glow Live Bootcamp Bali 2026.

This creator development programme combines education, live practice, and competition to optimise the potential of affiliates in supporting brand growth. The series of activities runs from 5 to 8 August 2026 in Bali, bringing together dozens of local Beauty Live Creators for workshops, product experiences, networking, and hands-on live practice.

For Nobi Project, affiliate optimisation does not stop at inviting creators to sell products. Affiliate performance needs to be built through a combination of selecting the right creators, understanding audience characteristics, live strategy, activity consistency, and continuous performance monitoring.

“Affiliates are no longer just an additional channel for brands, but can become an important part of growth strategy. The challenge is for brands to build the right creator ecosystem and then optimise its performance consistently,” said Dadang Kurnia, Founder of Nobi Project.

Through this programme, Nobi Project plays a role in helping connect brand needs with creator potential, from acquisition, onboarding, and education to performance monitoring throughout the campaign.

The JJ Glow LIVE Bootcamp Bali 2026 series opened on 5 August with workshop sessions and sharing with practitioners. One of the main sessions featured Maharani Kemala, Owner of JJ Glow, and Sahril Putra as a Beauty Creator.

In that session, Sahril Putra shared strategies for developing affiliate performance to reach a GMV of Rp1 billion through live commerce. Meanwhile, Maharani Kemala shared a brand perspective on the importance of collaborating with creators. In addition to education, participants also gained hands-on experience through the launch of JJ Glow’s latest product, Gluta Plus Whitening Powder.

Nobi Project emphasised that the key to optimising affiliates is to view creators as growth partners, not merely as product distribution media. The closeness of creators to their audiences has a significant influence on how audiences come to know and consider a product.
