Subang (ANTARA) - The operator of the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road recorded 3,000 to 3,500 vehicles crossing the Cipali route per hour during the Lebaran 2026 return flow on Sunday morning to afternoon. Head of Sustainability Management & Corporate Communications at Astra Tol Cipali, Ardam Rafif Trisilo, stated in Subang, West Java, on Sunday that traffic flow in the one-way system on the Cipali Toll Road was observed to be smooth on both lanes ahead of the evening. Based on data from 00:00 to 15:00 WIB, approximately 46,000 vehicles had crossed the Cipali route towards Jakarta. The number of vehicles crossing was 10 percent higher compared to the same period on the previous day. “Today, an increase in the number of vehicles crossing per hour has been observed,” he said. Throughout Sunday from 00:00 to 12:00 WIB, an average of around 3,000 vehicles per hour were observed crossing. Meanwhile, from 12:00 to 15:00, around 3,500 vehicles per hour crossed the Cipali Toll Road. To maintain safety, road users are urged not to change lanes or use U-turns during the ongoing one-way traffic arrangement. If needing to change lanes, please exit through the nearest toll gate and continue the journey by re-entering the desired lane without additional charges. Astra Tol Cipali reminds all road users to ensure the condition of their vehicles and the physical state of drivers are in prime condition. “We advise road users not to force themselves to drive if feeling tired or drowsy,” he said.
