Operational Schedules of Bank Mandiri, BRI, and BNI During the 2026 Eid al-Fitr Holidays

The celebration of Eid al-Fitr this year occurs shortly after the Holy Day of Nyepi, resulting in a considerably extended total holiday period. Joint Ministerial Decree No. 1497, 2, and 5 of 2025 from the Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Manpower, and Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia on National Holidays and Collective Leave for 2026 specifies that the national holiday for Nyepi or the Saka New Year 1948 falls on 19 March 2026. Meanwhile, the national holiday for Eid al-Fitr 1447 H is on 21 and 22 March 2026. Regarding collective leave, specifically for Nyepi on 18 March 2026 and for Eid al-Fitr on 20, 23, and 24 March 2026. Several banking activities have adjusted their operations during this holiday period. The public intending to conduct transactions and other activities should note these schedules. Here are the operational schedules for major banks during the 2026 Nyepi and Eid holidays: BRI On Wednesday (18/3/2026) and Friday (20/3/2026), BRI branches will operate from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB. BRI branches will not operate on Thursday (19/3/2026). Meanwhile, on Monday and Tuesday (23-24/3/2026), BRI branches will also operate normally from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB. BRI operates 186 branches and provides various services for core customers, such as receiving fuel/non-fuel Delivery Order (DO) deposits from Pertamina petrol stations and opening insurance claim accounts for traffic accidents for Jasa Raharja. The public can also utilise the Super Apps BRImo application for banking services. BRI is also strengthening service access through a network of 10,650 ATMs, nearly 607,000 merchants, and more than 11.9 million BRILink agents across Indonesia. In addition, customers can use 24-hour information and assistance services through BRI’s Virtual Assistant ‘Sabrina’ on WhatsApp at 0812 1214 017, or Contact BRI at 1500017, or toll-free services at the BRImo Help Centre. BNI BNI is implementing limited operations at several branches. There are 23 outlets on 20 March 2026 and 32 outlets on 23 March 2026 operating from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. The public can conduct various transactions through these services, such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, state revenues, and inter-BNI account deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with a maximum limit of Rp 25 million per account per day. BNI also provides O-Branch or BNI Mobile services at several strategic locations, including areas without BNI ATM and CRM facilities. In addition, the public is encouraged to utilise services through various digital channels from the wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, and other electronic banking services. Bank Mandiri Bank Mandiri is adjusting operations and services at several branches during the period of 18-24 March 2026, with service hours from 08:00 to 15:00 local time. Customers can still conduct transactions such as cash withdrawals, cash deposits, and balance checks via the Bank Mandiri ATM and CRM network. BSI BSI provides limited operational services at 162 branches in various regions. The list of limited service outlets can be accessed via the website www.bankbsi.co.id. Outlets serve transactions such as account openings, ATM card blocking, cash deposits and withdrawals, and inter-account transfers. Customers are also urged to utilise digital services via the superapp BYOND. BSI also provides services at BSI Call 14040. The bank is also optimising services at over 6,000 ATMs and CRMs, as well as 126,000 BSI Agents. Bank Danamon Bank Danamon is also implementing limited services during the extended holiday period. 45 branches will operate on a limited basis on 24 March 2026, serving services such as CASA account openings/closures, Deposit account openings/liquidations, cash deposits and withdrawals, transfers, document receipts, Safe Deposit Box services, and tax deposits. Danamon also provides banking services and facilities through the Danamon mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO. All Danamon ATMs in Indonesia operate 24 hours, including transactions via the ATM Bersama, Prima, and Alto networks. Hello Danamon services are also available and operate 24 hours. Danamon branches will not operate from 18-23 March 2026. Meanwhile, 45 branches will open on 24 March 2026 with limited operations from 08:00 to 17:00 and cash services from 08:00 to 15:00; all branches will operate normally on 25 March 2026.
