Only 1.9m Out of 12.7m Taxpayers Filed Their Returns

That's almost 1% of Indonesians. Things are looking up. With this kind of penetration rate, the economic model is unsustainable. I mean how can the Government continue stealing from the people when the people simply will not cooperate? That and KPK. It's getting tough for the "Public servants". Come on folks, you can't have Government and public services if you won't pay your taxes?
