One-Way System Extended from Pejagan Toll to GT Cikampek Utama

The Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) has implemented a stage-two one-way traffic engineering measure from KM 263 of the Pejagan-Pemalang toll road to KM 70 of the GT Cikampek Utama on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, on Friday (27/3). The one-way system was symbolically opened by Transport Minister Dudy Purwagandhi at the Korlantas Polri Command Center Post at KM 29 of the Cikampek toll road, Bekasi Regency, West Java. “Based on reports from Candi Zebra One, Lodaya Zebra One, and monitoring results showing that the traffic flow situation is under control, today, Friday, 27 March 2026, at 10:23 WIB, the implementation of the precision stage-two one-way is declared open,” said Dudy, quoted from Antara. With this, there are now two one-way engineering measures in operation on the Trans Java Toll Road. The first stage one-way is applied from KM 132 of the Cipali toll road to KM 70 of GT Cikampek Utama. That traffic engineering has been in place since Friday morning. 22 gates opened at GT Cikampek Utama Meanwhile, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) is optimising services at GT Cikampek Utama to support the gradual implementation of the local one-way system on the Trans Java toll road sections to ease vehicle density in the return flow. Currently, GT Cikampek Utama is operating 22 gates to serve traffic heading towards Jakarta. JTT will also continue to make situational adjustments to gate operations, including increasing capacity to up to 26 gates to anticipate spikes in traffic volume. Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that JTT has optimised all operational resources to support the smooth implementation of that traffic engineering. “JTT fully supports the traffic engineering policy set by the Police to ensure that vehicle flow remains smooth and controlled. Along with the increase in traffic volume during the return flow period, we also ensure that on-site services remain optimal so that road users can experience a safe and comfortable journey,” said Ria. JTT ensures operational readiness through the optimisation of field personnel, maximum operation of toll gates, and additional support for transaction services to speed up services at the toll gates.
