One-Way Section Km 414-263 on Trans-Java Toll Road Suspended
The Head of Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps, Irjen Agus Suryonugroho, stated that traffic conditions during the return flow remain under control. This afternoon, the local one-way system from km 414 to km 263 on the Trans-Java Toll Road has been suspended. “So, the local one-way from the national one-way direction returning from 414 to 263, after our socialisation, around 12 o’clock we will open it for normal two lanes towards Jakarta, including for people from Pejagan heading to Semarang,” said Irjen Agus after inspecting the security post at Sukoharjo Police Resort in Central Java on Wednesday (25/3/2026). Irjen Agus explained that the socialisation of the one-way suspension has been carried out since 10:00 WIB. Meanwhile, the one-way from km 263 to km 70 on the Trans-Java Toll Road is still in effect. “Today, what we are evaluating is the traffic generation from East Java, Semarang, and Solo heading to Jakarta, including from Yogyakarta, which has already levelled off sufficiently,” he stated. Irjen Agus noted that the peak of the return flow itself occurred on 24 March 2026, with 256,338 vehicles passing towards Jakarta and its surroundings. “Clearly, the peak for the outbound flow was on the 24th (March) yesterday,” he added.
