One-Way Return Flow for Eid 2026 Officially Halted, Traffic on Toll Roads Returns to Normal
Transport Minister Dudy Purwagandhi has officially closed the application of the precision local one-way system for the Eid 2026 return flow. Traffic on the Trans-Java Toll Road sections has now returned to normal two-way operations. “The implementation of the precision segmented one-way or precision local segmented one-way is hereby declared complete or closed at 24:00,” said Dudy at the Jasa Marga Toll Road Command Centre in Bekasi, West Java, in the early hours of Monday (30/3/2026). Dudy stated that the public who are still undertaking journeys are urged to maintain safety and follow the instructions of on-site officers. He reminded that traffic on the Trans-Java Toll Road has now returned to normal. “And to the public who are still travelling, we hope they remain cautious and always follow the directions and guidance from officers in the field,” he said. “Because journeys are still ongoing and this has now returned to normal operations. So once again, we wish to convey to the public to be careful during their remaining journeys,” he added. Previously, the second stage of the local one-way was implemented from kilometre 263 of the Pejagan Toll to kilometre 70 of the Cikampek Utara Toll during the second wave of the return flow. The one-way was enforced considering the volume of vehicles passing through during the second wave of the return flow.
